Sierra Health and Life's online service center, SHL@YourService®, is an internet accessible feature offering greater convenience and efficiencies for contracted providers and their administrative staff.

If you are a contracted provider and would like to set up an SHL@YourService account, please complete the Provider Administrator Account Request Form. The Account Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that every employee (“individual account holder”) has his/her own username and password for SHL @YourService and signs the Acknowledgement to comply with SHL’s @YourService Terms of Use. The signed Terms of Usage Acknowledgement Forms must be retained by the Account Administrator and produced to SHL upon request.

Please note requests from billing services or managment companies will not be processed.
