Sierra Health and Life offers health care coverage through various Preferred Provider Plans. These plans allow you the choice to use a contracted or non-contracted provider for services and still remain eligible for benefits. Our plans also include a managed care program with coinsurance that will vary depending on whether services are provided by a plan or non-plan provider.

Most of our Preferred Provider medical plans are for employer groups.  Please refer to your employer's human resources department or your enrollment packet for specific details on the benefits being offered to you.
