Sierra Health and Life offers two Medicare Advantage Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans.  If you live in Nevada, you have your choice of Sierra Spectrum or Sierra Nevada Spectrum.  For individuals that live in Utah and Arizona, Sierra Spectrum is available.

Sierra Spectrum and Sierra Nevada Spectrum are Medicare Advantage PPO Plans with  Medicare contracts offered by Sierra Health and Life Insurance Company, Inc.  Drug coverage benefits subject to limitations.  Members must continue to pay their Medicare Part B (and Part A if applicable) premiums.  All beneficiaries with Parts A and B may apply.
